Watch the insane red band trailer for Crank 2: High Voltage:
In this high-octane sequel, hitman Chev Chelios launches himself on an electrifying chase through Los Angeles in pursuit of the Chinese mobster who has stolen his nearly indestructible heart.
Crank 2: High Voltage is both written and directed by visionary filmmakers Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor, the two crazy guys behind Crank and the upcoming Game. The film was produced by Lakeshore Entertainment and is being distributed by Lionsgate. Mark and Brian shot this entirely handheld with consumer and prosumer digital video cameras, which should make for quite an interesting experience. Crank 2: High Voltage arrives in theaters everywhere on April 17th.
A brand new red band trailer has debuted courtesy of IGN and damn does it give this film some much needed perspective. There is some ridiculously creepy and insanely scary stuff in this red band trailer, so if you can't handle that sort of horror, I suggest you stay far, far away. But if you're looking for some fresh new thrills with none other than Jack Bauer starring in the lead, then you may want to give this new trailer for Mirrors a shot. It definitely impressed me the second time around and now I'm really wondering whether this could be good!

Oh the relief that it brings to finally see a well-cut, red band trailer for the upcoming release The Wackness. As you know, this is one of the films from this year’s Sundance film festival that has had us buzzing all year long, and it will finally hit theaters on July 3rd. Directed by Jonathan Levine (All the Boys Love Mandy Lane), The Wackness stars Josh Peck, Ben Kingsley, Olivia Thirlby and Mary-Kate Olsen in what could be one of the best coming of age flicks in recent history. It tells the story of Luke Shapiro (Peck), a young weed-dealing recent high school graduate who is using his summer of freedom to find out what he wants out of life. And with the help of his therapist/best customer (Kingsley), he may just get the girl of his dreams (Thirlby) and make enough money to get the hell out of his “wack” situation.
