Voldemort Poster for HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS – PART 2

We’ve seen Harry, Hermoine, Ron, and Neville posters for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2.  Now it’s time for He-Who-Shall-Not-Be-Named/Tom Riddle/Voldemort.  This is a good opportunity for me to mention that I think the franchise missed an opportunity to give Voldemort the red snake eyes that he has in the book.  Perhaps they felt Ralph Fiennes couldn’t be expressive enough without human eyes, perhaps it was too expensive, or maybe it just looked goofy when put on screen.  But I’ve always been curious to the what-if.  But he’s still missing his nose so that’s good enough, I suppose.

Neville Longbottom Poster for HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS – PART 2

After yesterday’s posters for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2, I wagered that the next poster in the series would feature Voldemort.  I lost my bet!  The new poster features unlikely hero Neville Longbottom (Matthew Lewis).  Neville is the Harry Potter of the background.  Harry was heroic from day one, but Neville slowly grew into a hero and eventually became the leader of Dumbledore’s Army.

Posters for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2

Over the last couple days Warner Bros. has released a new Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2 posters, I’ve seen a poster for Harry (Daniel Radcliffe) and Hermoine (Emma Watson), and today we’re getting Ron (Rupert Grint). While some posters are light and cheerful, these posters show dirty and disheveled carachters.

It seems, Deathly Hallows – Part 2 will follow the advertising pattern of the previous Harry Potter films and give a banner to every single freaking character.

By my estimation, there are about 25 notable characters in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.  If each one is getting their own poster, we’re currently on poster 3 of 25.

Hogwarts is burning!!!

Remember how the Harry Potter franchise started off all bright and cuddly, with fresh-faced young wizards roaming the wacky and welcoming halls of Hogwarts, making new friends and getting into adventures that were a little dangerous but mostly just fun? Yeah, those days are good and over. Nearly everyone knows that the story takes a turn for the super-dark in the finale, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, but you still may want to prepare the young ones before looking at the new teaser poster released by Warner Bros. Yup, there's Hogwarts, the one place Harry ever felt like he was at home… and it's on fire. Happy Fourth of July to you too!

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 has completed principal photography and calls it a wrap for the last time.
Obsessed with Film reports:
